I had ordered a Lenovo G50-70 (59-422412) laptop with serial no. YB04852225 on 12/01/2015 from Snapdeal and it was delivered on 16/01/2015. The Snapdeal order no. is 4421083137. The laptop that was delivered to me DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. IT DOESN’T EVEN START. The seller that I had chosen for buying this laptop was “Gravity VOI”, but the laptop was delivered from a different seller named ” Balaji Info, Jaipur ” by Snapdeal and the seal of the laptop box was already broken. I have been calling the Customer care of Snapdeal since the day it was delivered and exchanged a lot of mails with help@snapdeal.com. I was given reassurance that my product comes under “TrustPay – 100% Moneyback Guarantee” and my money will be refunded, but nothing has been done yet! Snapdeal complaint no. is “14803259” and “14827462”. Later, I was told to call Lenovo service centre and get the laptop checked and then mail the Jobsheet to help@snapdeal.com . So, I called Lenovo service centre for repair. When the Lenovo technician checked the Laptop, he noticed that the LCD connection to the mother board was unplugged . Upon connecting the LCD to the mother board, the screen turned on and then it was apparent that the laptop screen was broken. The Laptop that was delivered had a broken screen. I have even mailed Snapdeal the Jodsheet of the Lenovo repair job, as they had asked me in the mail and yet nothing has been done.

I paid Rs. 25,492 to Snapdeal for the Lenovo G50-70 (59-422412) laptop that I had ordered. Since the Laptop delivered from Snapdeal was broken and does not work, I want a complete refund of Rs. 25,492 from Snapdeal.
