I had given my micromax canvas 4 phone for repairing at Prince commn., Lucknow on August 20, 2014. At that time they told that it will take 40days for repairing. But even after passing 2 months they did not provide me any satisfactory answer. Then I got a call from service centre on 26th November 2014 that my phone has repaired. So that I went there and got the phone but with different EMEI number.

Then, I asked to the service centre person and he told me that my phone was not able to repair so a swap set has been arranged for me. I use that phone but that phone was also not in good condition with network antenna issue. So I again went to the service centre on 27th November 2014 and submit that phone. At this time, service centre people told me that this time they will filed a complaint for new set from company to me and told me to call after two days for the new job sheet number. I called them on 29th November, 2014 and they told that there server is not working properly so they are unable to provide me the job sheet number. Then I went to the service centre on 5th December for the same and at this time they told me to wait for 10 days for filing a new complaint. So I just wait for above said time and called them on 16th December 2014. But they did not provide me any satisfactory answer. And now from last 7 days I am calling to them and they are just saying to me that they are unable to locate my complaint and will call me. But till now I didn’t received any call from there. It is not understandable for me that why they are doing such behavior due to which I am very much frustrated and mentally tortured. Nearly 6 months has been passed and I have not received my phone till even not a single satisfactory answer, I think that you will understand my frustration level and will take the necessary step. Hope in positive response.
