Staff from Idea Cellular called me and my family and used abusing and aggressive language. This all happened because there is a delay in paying bill. They called my uncle and addressed me a fraud. Restricted all my services even I promised to pay them . Now i want to port my number , Idea is not allowing me to do the same. Idea store have lot of excuses like they don’t have a sim please come after 5 days etc or you have pay additional bill etc. one staff member said like “jab dum nai h to kyn chalate ho postpaid” Idea called my family again and again that was humiliating.

I want action against Idea and that particular staff member. that was a face of mental harassment. My Uncle thinks I am fraud. Idea want relief against this mental harassment. Employee that called and their respective manager to be fired and apology from them. and one more thing Idea has to stop every such kind calling for every customer.
