RedBus Sold Ticket of Place Where Bus Won’t Go

Dear Sir, i have booked two ticked from Bangalore to Hospet on 25/12/2014, through redbus.in website, it was shown in the website that bus will go up to Hospet, so i booked the ticket, but after getting bus that operator is saying it wont go to Hospet it will go up to Hospet bypass, around 4-5km far from Hospet bypass, same time i called to redbus but nobody has picked my call, we went by same bus, he dropped us on highway road at 4:15am, nobody is there on the road only vehicle, i was not well so only i was going to my native, in that winter session he dropped us on road and went, but we have suffered a lot on that morning, i was wear two sweater than also i am not able to control that winter just amazing how my wife situation, from that day i lost my health till now i am not able to recover, till now i am taking medicine daily.

Next day i called to redbus.com costumer care and informed the same things, but he said just send a mail to support@redbus.com, so i send whatever i had suffered same thing and asked them to refund my ticked amount but they are not ready to refund my amount. Dear Sir, please i am requesting you to look at this problem as soon as possible and resolved the issue, same thing many people are suffering from this online booking there on proper information, whatever they are updated that facility is not there in the bus,
