Dear Sir, I bought 100/sq Plot in Jasana from BKR Developers in the month of nov 2014 50 % said amount is given with registry amount. They said registry will be done in 1 month Now it is more than 4 months there no positive response. They harassed more than 200 times. I wasted time and mind everything Please help me.

There is no physical damage but i cant show you my pain which i am facing since 4 month, I have given hard earn money according to commitment they to give me registry paper. I want registry paper from BKR company or else because land property rate has been increased 3 lakhs so i will request him to pay penalty charges 3 Lakh So i could but the same plot in other area This is not my mistake if they are failed to do the same after taking money.
