Videocon Refrigerator Customer Service – Poor

I have a Videocon refrigerator VPP201KV (Black Vine) [Purchase Date: April 2014] and it’s under warranty. I am facing problem with fridge for last 10 months. In last 10 months the fridge is replaced by Videocon twice. The 2 fridge has been repaired as well as replaced. I have registered a complaint regarding low cooling problem in May 2014. The problem was not resolved. When I asked regarding the cooling problem, I didn’t get satisfactory answer from your service engineer. Due to some personal problem I didn’t get chance to follow up the issue further. Again I registered a complaint regarding low cooling problem in November 2014 and from last five months I am regularly doing a follow up on this. The service engineers are visiting and doing something but the problem with the refrigerator still persists and I have really lost faith in their brand. Please find the call details below. I was continuously doing follow up with Mr. Jaiswar and Mr. Prashant Yadav regarding the refrigerator problem but these people didn’t have courtesy to answer my questions. The third fridge which is at my home right now is also giving me problem; hence I requested the call/service center to put a request for a completely new model. They have suggested me a new fridge model. As we have already been through such a bad experience, I thought the replacement this time will be quick & comfortable for us. But I only need to contact them & keep the track. Sometimes we don’t get quick answers, they don’t pick up the phone or call back. After all this trouble we have to pay for the difference between the costs of higher model. After giving lots of excuses & replying late, they are now telling me that the model is out of stock. Please do the needful.

Not able to utilize the fridge to the fullest since last 10 months 2. The food items get spoiled due to low cooling problem and it compliments wastage of money 3. Inappropriate use of electricity 4. Time wastage due to non responded calls and complaints 5. Additional mobile charges (increased mobile bills) 6. It led to stress and a non patient myself 7. Overall imbalance of my work schedule and personal harmony
