I was repeatedly complaining and brought to their notice that my recharge done on january31 2015(transaction id: JA1070009915) of 250 rupees is not credited to my mobile balance and got confirmation from my network operator that the recharge was not done for the said amount on or after that day but the recharge status in my profile in the company website shows successful.I had complained to the merchandise in series of emails but i got no response from them.
I lost Rs250 (Two Hundred and fifty Rupees) through this failure transaction. I need my money of Two Hundred Fifty rupees back into my account balance.
