HomeShop18 Sold Book Without CD

I ordered for a text book (Digital Signal Processing And Applications With The Tms 320c6713) that contains a CD with related programs for complete understanding and use of the book. When I received the book, the CD was damaged. I immediately informed the supplier about it along with the scanned picture of the damaged CD. I also gave an option that book is OK so you may send the CD only (as it will cost less). I was asked to return the book with damaged CD for replacement through courier (charges would be reimbursed by the HomeShop18). I sent the book, courier says it is delivered, but supplier now saying the book is not received by us so we cannot provide replacement.

I followed up many times, provided dispatch details along with receipt, confirmed with courier company, but I was not listened. The book was urgent to me (with CD), so I ordered to another party and got it. Now I lost the book and courier charges too. At least, my paid amount along with courier charges should be returned. Further, the HS18 should be warned to not do similar activity in future to someone else.
