VAS activated without my will and 1st 99 rs was deducted after one day again one vas was activated and 50 rs was deducted. I called Aircel Mobile customer care and complained about it but he said that service is not activated automatically so refund will not be given.

I want refund of my deducted money ASAP else I will file a complaint in the Consumer Court of Bangalore.
