I had purchased one GIONEE P4 with IMEI no. 86446502 1237680, BT no. B402002 3636 & CH07932 vide invoice no. 1936, dated 25-05-2014 from M/s Deep Radios, Jhansi, India. I wish to bring to your kind notice that the performance of my phone is very- very poor & most of the time it remains at service centre. The service centre personal are also not capable enough to rectify the problems in my cell phone to my satisfaction. I’m terribly fed up with the phone & the kind of service being provided by Service Centre(M/s Archana Enterprises). Besides this time when I gave my phone to service centre for repair, they after repair used my whats app account and sent vulgar messages to the various contacts in my phone. My instrument is still with service centre against receipt no. 1519. I request you to please replace my handset with the new one which is still under warranty and initiate suitable action against the service centre else I will be constrained to go for legal action.
