Snapdeal. com – Order cancelled without any reason

I had ordered a refrigerator from Snapdeal. com Before placing the order it was showing that it will dispatched in 2 working days. As I had placed the order on 27th April, it should have dispatched on 28th or 29th April. But after I placed the order and paid them the money, I got an email confirming the order and on that the dispatch date was 30th April. I waited till 30th April also but it is still showing as under process with the seller. I got an email which says post shipment the delivery takes 1 to 4 working days. When I called customer care they say that post shipment it takes 4 to 7 working days and on top of that they sent me an email stating the shipment is delayed and it will be dispatched in 3 working days from promise date that is today. It clearly shows that they are cheating the customers as their statements and dates get changed after you place the order and pay them the money. They don’t even inform the customers proactively. We need to spend money contact them after which they tell you and say sorry. Now today on 1st May, I received an sms and email stating “We at Snapdeal deeply regret the inconvenience caused to a valued customer like you, and extend our heartfelt apologies. You are entitled to a refund amount of Rs. 17621. It takes anywhere between 4-5 working days for bank to process your refund.” When I called them I was told that the it is mentioned on our website that the order can be cancelled due to some reasons and the money will be refunded. Does this clause give them the right to take money from the customer, keep and use for some days and then refund stating that the order is cancelled ? They kept my money for 4 days and now they will take 4 working days to refund the same. That means my money is blocked for at least 8 to 10 days. I can not buy this product from any where till I get my money back and again I will have to wait for at least 4 to 5 days to get it after I place an order. Request you to take some strict action against snapdeal.

I want them to arrange the delivery of the product or pay me compensation for the problems I have faced because of this including the interest on the amount they kept with them from the day I paid till I get it back in my account.
