I was having balance of Rs 58 on 2nd april + around 5hours voice call on anynet + 1 GB 3g data when I was in gujarat. Somehow BSNL software issue has deducted & charged me Rs 58 for one of the call. When I checked with BSNL customer care they told me that by mistake BSNL charged this amount for one of local call I made on 7405240xxx

Since this call charged consumed my all the balance I was not able to make call when I landed to Hyderabad airport on 6th. I run into some major problems & suffered loss of Rs. 5000 around + Mental harassment.

I want bsnl to refund my Rs 58 + Rs 5000 loss I incurred due service unavailability.
