Its an online purchase with order number 201504011038 on 1st April. money for the product is already been paid but its been a month and there is no guarantee on product delivery. They say that product is not available but it was not first showed when the purchase was made. They are not giving any assurance on the product shipping and nor do they revert on the matter of refund. *Please note in the above column the Brand which you have giving to select which is mandatory are not the brand which i am complaining about.

My money which is already been paid which is Rp.1198. Receipt of it is attached in supporting Document.

I want my product to be delivered in a week or my money refunded by the Brand.
