I have placed an order ORDER NO. 780972283 on 03 Mar ’15 6:54 pm. Immediately, I have cancelled this at 2015-3-3 18:58:53 and asked for refund my money. Then I was told by Achal that they are unable to cancel the order at this time due to some status changed and asked me to refuse the delivery. Money will be refunded after that within 7 working days. I have refused to accept the delivery on 13 March 2015. I have informed the same and sent email to care@paytm.com. I am waiting since then and have raised so many tickets to PAYTM care to get the refund but no proper answer. I am still waiting for my refund. Then I got an email on 27-04-2015 that you order is shipped and you should have it soon. The same day they sent one more email that the order has been delivered. Then they changed the status in order list of PAYTM web portal from return requested to delivered. I want to confirm that I haven’t received any courier delivered on 27th April 2015. I have attached word docs contain some scree-prints. I can share more details of email conversion and tickets raised to PAYTM if require.
I want my refund amount immediately. I have wasted my valuable time on following up with PAYTM. I want justification on that.
