Accident happened on 4th Jan 2015, and was intimated to insurance company on 5th Jan 2015. But the claim was not registered till 11th April 2015 and now they deny the claim stating that the incident was not reported in time. The claim Number generation was willfully delayed from the company and they now are declining the claim.
