Bought a MI 10400 MAH power bank from askmebazaar.com but the product was duplicate. I was complaint to them they picked up the damaged product and told me to refund my money with in a week but now near about two months they didn’t return my money. In the segment brand sector there was no option to select askmebazaar.com so I selected alakanshashipping where as I have not any deal with alakanshashopping. So my request you to please do the necessary action against askmebazaar.com.

I charged the MI power bank 6 hrs which was mentioned in the MI official site but after that when I went to use the product It gave me 10-15 minutes backup . Then I searched on youtube and I found the product is duplicate and I gave a complain to them and they took the product with in few days but still I didn’t get my money back.
