I have ordered a Dell Optimex Computer through shopclues.com on 29/04/2015. Vide Order Number-48752027. Payment of Rs.6400/- has been made by Visa Credit Card pon same day. But my product is not delivered till date. I already contact to the customer support team of shopclues.com.But they didn’t provide me proper resolution regarding this matter. Even they provides me the wrong shipping information like document number and currier name. So I am unable track my parcel through online. I think that shopclues didn’t dispatched by product from their end, as they are not providing me the correct shipping information.

I want from shopclues.com that Please deliver my product or refund my amount without any delay, as it already takes lot of times.
