Sony Ericsson Mobile Breach of Warranty

I have bought above mentioned product (D5833) with IMIE no. 355189060969047 on February 17, 2015 from Mobile Store (online)with an invoice no. 10000007394. I started using it on 17 April April and within a week’s time on April 25, 2015, the mobile got dead and I submitted mobile to Sony Authorized Service Station with ticket id. 15042705465 (service job sheet is attached). After more than 3 weeks on May 19th they return my mobile saying its now fine and they have change motherboard. Subsequently, the mobile got other hardware issue which is speakers echoing. I have resubmitted mobile to service station and not yet got it back. As per their warranty clause in case of any manufacturing or hardware failure they need to either replace it, or return back customer money. I pointed out same to them but they are not honoring their own return warranty policy. Also, see the same issue with so many customers as mentioned on their website only. I have all details with me invoice, warranty certificate, service station job sheets and emails sent to the service head.

A replacement of mobile or return of full money.
