I had a term insurance with the Aviva ,and premium was due on 31 may 2015 ,I received a msg that company is enable auto debit my premium from my credit card ,but I inform them buy mail and phone to stop auto debit because i dont want to continue with this plan ,they also confirmed me by phone and mail that they will not raise auto debit request ,but on 31-05-2015 my premium amount is auto debit from my credit card ,policy number is 10141140.plz do some thing for me ,this is a illegal activity by company I have all the mail commutation for the same
