I purchase symphony hicool i air cooler from croma retail on 20-04-15. Within 35 days i.e. 25-05-15 it stops working. Water circulation stops hence cooling demolish. Product cover 1 yr warranty. Log complain 25-05-15 but unresolved. Again request for service on 01-06-15 but unanswered for 48 hrs. Finally i talk with mr. Rajesh who discuss rudly and deny to solve the issue. I finaly inform him to knock the doors of consumer forum. So please help me now to get it resolved.

I want to return this product and want 100% refund.
