i have not use my service in month of the April since my landline not working from the month of Dec and continuously their Reliance Communication not visit my home place to rectify the issue after that my service suspended but in the month of the march we paid 1200 for the activation of the service and register the complain of lane dead after submission of the payment but no one visit to rectify this after on 10 Apr and after on 2 of May but service start in May session. Request for the Waiver for the month of the April they denied for it. And try to get that money.

Economical its a waste of money if i paid for no service 711 rs is the charge why i paid for one month if i not use my service.
