MY BSNL MOBILE , i used self service of BSNL for tariff activation send message first time then no message receive and then 2 nd time same process was doing then in my debited near about 126 rupees and company told and written in rs 72 tariff 20 rupees refund in main account and 63.15 debit in your account when i am activated the tariff and company says it will not refundable your money sir please help me thank you

my economic damage is near about 83 rupees.
