I had booked online Volvo Bus ticket from REDBUS.IN for travel from Thane to Panchgani on 03/05/2015, travel date 03/05/2015. I had booked a Volvo Bus belonging to Swami Travels and accordingly got SMS from REDBUS regarding the Bus number and name of attendant in Bus. Further when the Bus arrived it was not an VOLVO Bus but normal AC Bus. I had paid money for Volvo Bus and when me and father objected about the bus not being a Volvo Bus as promised the attendant behaved very roughly with my father. I then sent the various mails to REDBUS.In regarding the same but initially they did not respond to my emails but my continuous follow up they finally responded and said we will Inquire into the matter. I had also mailed the photos of number plate of the Bus that arrived that day, so it would be easy for them to investigate and get the true result. But After lot of followup and nearly 20 days I received the mail by them stating that “we investigated and found it was a Volvo Bus”. These guys are cheating the consumers charging for Volvo buses and providing normal unfit buses. Further more they are adamant and feel they will got scot-free.

I want complete refund of my ticket and the compensation for causing health problems to my father and the mental agony I suffered after following them against this case and the compensation for time involved in filing this complaint and continuous follow up. Also a lesson for this crooks who cheating openly.
