I have given the address proof and activated my sim card, after one month, with out any information they banned the outgoing facility, now they are telling my sim is banned forever, still they are taking money from me when I recharge, now I am having balance Rs.290/-. if sim is banned with out any information, what about my balance money?
according to their instruction I have re submitted all address proof, now still I am waiting for the confirmation call for the last 3 weeks and it is not happening. outgoing is not activating also..
this is the customer care this airtel having????? I am totally frustrated about this service.
