SnapDeal – Micromax Canvas network issues sim slots WI-FI doesnt connect

Respected sir, I ordered Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 8GB Black for Rs 4999/= with order ID:6596671343, on Wed, 03 Jun, 2015 and the product was delivered to me on Sun, 07 Jun, 2015 by snapdeal.com Sir the product has network issues with both sim slots and WI-FI doesnt connect, Sir as per snapdeal 7 days return and 100% moneyback policy, I made a return request of their faulty product on 13 Jun 2015 10:46 am. Sir I was told to get the fault confirmation written on invoice from the service center. Sir I went their and got the fault confirmation written (copy enclosed). Since from that day they are only giving complaint numbers and not resolving my issue.The product is used/recycled faulty. Sir they have cheated me. I trust Government of India and the consumer control all team. complaint number: 19679511. Sir kindly look into the matter and I leave all.my case in your fine hands. thank you sir

Sir I want my money back and penalty for selling me used faulty product.. Despite of my 100 requests they didnt help me out causing me humiliation and inconvenience.
