MTS Data card – Dysfunctional Internet not resolved issue

STATUSIn Progress LOSS AMOUNT2300.0 My complaint I bought MTS data card and was promised speed of at least 1 Mbps , i have been struggling to get even 2 kbps of speed from the past one month , The MTS customer support says that “My area is high congestion area so speed is slow” Another guy fro MTS told me that MTS network capacity is not high enough to hold that many customers and when asked when will the issue get resolved,they always say it will take 4 weeks more. I spent RS 1200 on the data card which is a total loss to me , and i will have to pay another 1800 which is my monthly rental for the two months that i have recieved no service for.My mts data card no is 8459844578

I would like MTS to take back the device since MTS customer care knows and has told me many times that there service cannot be provided in my area, why in the First place MTS is doing a fraud and selling devices when it does not have the network supported. I would like to get back Rs 1200 for device return, a full rental waiver and Rs 3200 data usage bill that i had to pay because of using my mobile data since MTS was not able to provide services.
