i have purchase 02 Ac (1 window and 1 split) from dealer capital electronics on 17-07-2014. from last two months my split ac is not cooling and i have logged complaint in company, and they just check and service but after several services its still not working fine.and i am fed up with company and dealer now. Mr rajeev ranjan 09999862xxx voltas servies manager he is not cooperating with any individual and refuse to take responsibility of his team’s poor work and says that nothing will happens if i’ll go to consumer court as well.

i have purchase for being calmed in summer season but voltas service peoples give me and my family mentally harassment as they don’t do their work properly. from two months i really fed up with them. for now i want my money back from dealer and company too for inconvenience cause.
