The internet is not working .i have paid it for 6 months in advance .now they are not responding and even my money is not being returned.
i have to sit in house waiting for their team to arrive and correct it. the internet bandwidth is also very low when provided and not what they promised.it has caused a great financial loss of about rs 1 lakh to me since i am not able to execute shares trading for which i had taken this facility.my customer id Hathaway is 1331781
refund of my entire money and a fine on these people of heavy amount to be paid to government account for failure to perform and torturing innocent customers who are trapped by them.
