EP334723479IN dated 18-Jun-2015 Same is doscussed over phone and complaint logged (No. 10006330956)but no satisfactory response observed and complaint is closed with remark item delivered.

The documents sent includes Aadhar card, PAN card and other official documents which were required to open a current account for business purpose
