I have sold Micromax yureka mobile via amazon.but after lollipop android update I have facing underline problems… 1hanging and heating of mobile 2. spontaneously switch off the phone 3.keyboard and contacts are crashing after every single use 4.taking 4-5 hours for fully charge and also heating during call and charging 5.play music apps is also hanged daily 4-5 times in a day… I have done reboot and swipe data with reboot but no result.. I lodge a complaint against it to YU yureka’s site and call also..but no any response..my another friend is also complaint about this type of complaint but no response. Mobile is in under warranty period..so please solve this problem..thanka

Customer care should be contact to me and solve all these problems and consumer affairs ministry should be make responsible all customer care service provider to be responsible towards customer otherwise should be closed all customer care services don’t be make fool to customer..
