Askmebazaar.com – Powerbank product was defective refund delay

I purchased a Powerbank from ask me bazaar.com. my order no was ab2268178 .as the product was defective i made a complain . reverse pickup done on 27/5/2015 receipt no 363416648073 .on inquiry from them they in informed that they have received the product on 1/6/2015.as per them they have initiated a refund process no .refund \\\\r\\\\ninitiative qrc 566562\\r\\. it was a online payment as such they have all details of bank etc. i have made 17 calls with no results.on 15/6 i talked to deepak who said refund would be credited by 20/6/15.on 22/7/15 talked to vinay who put me on hold for 7mts.then talked to yogesh who took 10 minutes to tell me he is forwarding the complain. please get me my refund of 599 + 100 rupees spent on telephones

I request you to get me refund of rs 599+ rs 100 for telephone calls.
