ShopClues.com – Fossil Luxury Black Wrist Watch fake product delivered

On June 9th 2015, I ordered a a watch (Fossil CH 3150 Luxury Black Wrist Watch) through ShopClues.com. Later I understood that it is a fake/duplicate product. They have mentioned in the product description as replica. I called the shopclues customer care agent and he told that it is a a duplicate product. But it is not mentioned in the product name. Since it was a duplicate product, I requested for a refund. But the customer care agent told me that the product is already shipped, so he cannot give the refund. But when I checked the bluedart shipping details, I could see that it was shipped two days later (11th June 2015). As per the customer service agents advice, I rejected the courier on 16th June 2015 and asked them to send the product back to Shopclues. On June 22nd 2015, Shopclues marked the order as delivered and not saying anything about the refund. I called the Shopclues customer service 3 times and emailed them numerous times. But they are just creating confusion. In One of the calls they even said that, they are selling 100% genuine product and on another call they admitted that it is a fake product. They were selling duplicate products of FOSSIL, a well know brand (Not even specifying in the product name that it is duplicate). They refused to give a refund to me saying that the product is shipped, but actually it is not shipped (as per bluedart shipping details). After rejecting the product also, they are not even refunding the amount. Please help me, as a consumer I feel dejected.

I want a refund of Rs: 1407.28 and a penalty of Rs. 100 per day from June 9th 2015 onwards (My refund request dated on June 9th 2015).
