Dear sir i had online ordered on 100bestbuy.com for a earphone, usb,cable and a memory card which was in a offer.but the company has sent me the defected and corroded earphone..for this i have already registered complaint with them but they are not giving any response l.so i need your help to resolve the situation.
They have charged me for the defected items which is totally unethical and i want them to get proper punishment for their mis leading products and advertisement. I want to get my money back because i dont really believe in their product any more and if possible i want them to be imposed by fine,because they are not even replying to my complaint
