I had a contract for computer AMC with Alliance System Enterprises but they never response, poor service, in 3 months 2 visit if we said do this they never follow instruction, every thing is chargeable, like format computer is chargeable, windows, ms office fake software is chargeable, a cable which you can buy from market Rs.50. according to him Rs,400/- its a fake company. i want to terminate contract, they said no money will refund. so i want to terminate services and want to get my money back.
