Country Club Membership – Disputes

Hi Salim,

The mail is regarding the issue i have from the time my deceased father Mr Abid Parvez have taken the membership.

Initially ur sales person name Santosh (mob no – 9867184386) have sold the membership for the amount of Rs 1,10,000/- for which the payment was done by my fathers account and he asked to make me (Adnan Parvez) the primary account holder so that i can transfer to my son in future, but instead santosh made my father the primary holder and for which we deny and santosh told he will clear that things and will give us the cards for the following. Its been more than 4 years we haven’t recieved any membership card nor a follow up from santosh or any other person.

We have been recieving multiple calls for the payment due – but we havent use the club facilities even once as we are not allowed without the id cards.

As per the phone conversation dated today i am sending you the mail for the same as a complaint. I am very upset and unhappy with the service i am getting from such a good brand name.

Kindly have these things check and issue us the card being me as a primary account holder and my sister sana parvez, my mother malika parvez as the secondary account holder.

I dont want it to be transferred from my father name because that way i wont be able to transfer to my son’s name in future.

Also would like to include to waive off the annual maintainance fees till now reason being that we were not allowed to use the facilities of the club because of the id’s not provided to us.
