i had purchased a cordless key board(duskyduo 06) on 14/12/2014 from talcher odisha, the mouse is not working, the service center at bhubaneshwar has replaced the same 4 times,the same problem exists again,all the time the service center replases the same by a repaired one,resulting malfunction in every 2 months,as the warranty expires on 14/12/2014,my request to replace the same by a new one,as because the product will misbehave with in 2 months(past experience shows,quality of very poor repairing) kindly take necessary action at your end.
