Hi , I recently had the misfortune of buying a pair of leather slippers for my dad from your outlet in South City Mall , Kolkata. Since I was not sure about the size , I confirmed with the salesperson if I can get it exchanged from any of Bata outlets and he assured me again and again that there wont be any issue and I can get it exchanged from any authorised Bata outlets. However , when my dad visited your outlet near Grand Hotel Arcade in Kolkata (esplanade) the sales people were very rude and refused to exchange saying it can onyl be done from the outlet where it had originally been purchased and not else where. This is pure harassment and wrong information by your people. I am shocked and appalled and feeling cheated. This never happens with reputed retaielrs like Pantaloons & Shopper’s Stop where i easily exchange from just any of their outlets. Am certainly never going to buy from Bata again !! Thanks for being such a pathetic service .
