I have booked a ticket for travel date 25-Nov-13 PNR (6224771848) but the plan got changed and we didn’t travel and filed a TDR (ekt2013112310182743) on 23-Nov-13 (two days before journey date) . However, I still haven’t got the refund and its status is coming as “Refund Under process” even after more than 2 year.

I have submitted tdr on 17.09.2015 successfully but money not refunded till date. The details of the tdr filed ticket is as under: pnr no. 6344835997: train no:00851, date of journey:27/09/2015. Ticket reservation from vijayawada jn (bza) to renigunta jn (ru).
