I have booked a Flat in “Karma Insfrastructure” at Shahapur and Loan 80% sanction on dt. 08-09-2015, of Rupees 467394/- & sanctioned letter received vide application no.30054233 & file no. 00000069 dt.17/11/2015 and after i have paid 20% amount to the builder, and all other formalities & bank procedure completed by me. Flat registration is already done.

As per builder demand notice to you, but till this date you have not disburse the first installment amount to the builder, in this matter, i also contacted to your Kalyan branch, but nobody given me the satisfactory reason for non-disbursement of the amount, & your staff members not co-operate in this matter. The builder is pressurize to me to pay the installment with delay interest.

so, you are therefore requested to look in this matter personally and instruct to your kalyan branch to disburse the fund immediately. i also visited the site & works running in full swing. your co-operation in this matter is expected.
