Lenevo No service provided in warranty period

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a mobile Lenevo smart phone K3 Note from your company by flipkart @ 8999/- Rs, purchased on 07/11/2015 Invoice no-(del20151100051836) VAT/TIN:07810387105. The said mobile – Lenevo K3 Note is suffering from the following defects: 1) I have a Lenevo K3 Note smart phone & it’s starts giving problem within 5 month from purchase. 2) Most of the time its stopped & hang but last few days suddenly off & not working. I have reported the above matter to you (Lenevo service center) on 26th March 2016 & visit token no- 32, but despite all my pleadings the service center people not interested to remove the defects form the my mobile. They told me that there are fungus in the camera we can not repair this mobile. I don`t know if any fungus in the camera but not visible at the time of opening the handset. There is no moisture no physical damage no liquid in the phone then why they were not interested to repair this mobile. After that service center told me that approx 5,500/- Rs for repair the same fault. I have so may complaints to the Lenevo the suggest me that you have to visit another service center situated in F 12 ,CP Delhi-01. When same mobile opened in the service center they told me that there is no moisture no fungus & they repair the manufacture default within 6 days. So plz take action against service center WA 118 Mother dairy road Shakarpur Delhi- 92 since they cheated to the customer in warranty period. Rgds, Praveen Kumar Pal 986XXX15310
