Micromax Kanvas Knight 2 – Issues Unresolved

Last year, in July 2015, i bought a Micromax Kanvas Knight2 phone. The phone was working fine. But in March 2016 it was shutdown automatically and didn’t start after that. I gave that phone to your service center on 16, March 2015. My jobsheet ID is S040178-0316-22464454. And now, since that day, I am waiting for my phone. Whenever i call to Micromax team, they give just one reply that it’ll take 21 days. Don’t know, how and why this 21 days timer is still fixed on 1 days. Even when I called yesterday also, customer care guys still saying that it’ll take 21-days more. It’s really frustrating from this kind of support Micromax team.
