Samsung Air Conditioner – Customer Care

I have registered a complaint with Samsung Customer support on 02Feb2016, as my AC isn’t working properly. Complaint number: 4208758811 Manufacturer: Samsung Dealer/Service: Digitall Climatizers H No 15-21-26 Opp. Rao’s High School Balaji Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderebad Phone – 040 64524447, 040 40183337 My AC Product Details: Model Number AS122NGBSTLNGBXTL Serial Number 0077PPJZ900769E My customer ID with Samsung is: 8424207470 Currently my AC is out-of-warranty. After my complaint with Samsung and their service later, I paid the bill for Rs 4000 and got the AC installed on 20Feb2016, the AC still wouldn’t perform. I re-opened the complaint on 02Mar2016, and received a call on 05Mar2015 who say Compressor needs replacement and will cost me Rs 10000 more.

The service personnel picked-up both the indoor and outdoor units and said i will be given the product after service with-in 4 days. But after many follow-ups, finally after two weeks, i received the AC back, but was not at all serviced. All the dust/mud/cobwebs etc were directly visible to naked eye on both the in-door and out-door units. The condition was exactly the same when i sent it for service, and over that, they misplaced a part on the out-door unit too. So i hadn’t paid and asked them to properly do the service, so they picked both the units back and returned again after two days. This time with a little superficial cleaning. I was not at all satisfied with the service, however, paid the bill for Rs 4000 and got the AC installed on 20Feb2016. I checked the AC performance after a week noticed still AC isn’t working, re-opened the complaint on 02Mar2016, escalated the case, and received a call from support on 05Mar2015 saying Compressor needs replacement and will cost me more Rs. 10000. I questioned why they haven’t checked the AC when i sent for service, then they said, sometimes mistakes happen, and it is very rare on their part.

I need a satisfactory service free of cost from Samsung and charge reversal of the payments i already made. I will be more happier if they are penalized for this lame and irresponsible service and attitude, so no other customers will have to go through similar experiences with them again.
