I had taken subvention scheme for home loan to purchase a flat with KVD development noida, in plan I don’t have to pay any interest or EMI till possession, but this is not happening , EMI is deducted from my bank account, now L & T is not helping to resolve the issue, EMI should deduct from builder instead of my account hence i file this complaint.

I had taken this loan 4 months back , now they are saying, loan need to be cancelled to stop this EMI, It would be finance loss for me if i cancelled this load as rate of property has been increased.

Please check with L & T finance why they deducting EMI from my account as we have signed for subvention scheme. I have been followed with them from last 2 months but they are not able to help me out. My loan account number is DELHL15000657
