Hi , I recharged my mobile “96XXX99737” for Rs.200. My amount got deducted from my account. But no recharge happened. I did the online recharge “https://pay. airtel. com/online-payments /prepaidResponse.do”. When I provided all the credentials it shows the error page. My amount got deducted but recharge doesn’t happen.I also didn’t received any mail till now from Airtel about my transaction. Please refund my account and kindly let me know the status. For tel.No.9890916449 prepaid airtel 3 G charge of Rs.252/- was booked on net on 13.12.14 under Tr.ID 1213981498.Whilst this amount is debited to my bank account, charge still not credited. Pl resolve quickly. Megha Deo
