With due respect I say that I wanted to resign from my life insurance company- sahara India life insurance co ltd and join lic of india, so I sent all documents- resignation letter, appointment letter to my respective regional office – Siwan, Bihar by speed post on 27/10/2015 and it was received on 28/10/2015.

So, according to my appointment letter, point no -8 clearly mention that sahara india life must issue cessation certificate within 15 days after receiving the resignation letter and appointment letter. But till today i have not got anything.

I want N.O.C and release my PAN so that i can join LIC and earn something because I am suffering from financial problem. For this. I shall remain grateful to you.

I am also herewith sending all documents which I sent that can be helpful to you in early solution.
