FedEx shipment no 783647616543 which was booked from surat on 22/7/16 and it was suppose to delievr on 27/7/16. which was not done. i called to customer care on 27/7/16 and they told me that due to rain delievery is delayed and registered my complaint. shipment status was showing online at gurgaon fedex office and on 28/7/2016 thy have started saying that the truck met with an accident on 25/7/16 @ udipur. i am not able to trust thm anymore. please help
