Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus – Manufacturing Defect

Regarding to Manufacturing Defected Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus GT-I9060i (Serial No. RZ1FG127QV5M / IMEI No. 358312060346233) I am AASIF BIDANI, from GODHRA (Gujarat -India). I Got a Gift of Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus (GT-I9060i) from my fiancee, She was paying a whooping amount of INR 11,600/- on 29th January 2015 for it. Within a two months I suffered Mobile Network Signal Drop (NO SERVICE – ERROR SEARCHING NETWORKS) & Call Drops!!. I tried replacing my SIM card and trying other network provider’s SIM too. But the problem persisted. I contacted Samsung Customer Care on 13th May 2015 and they Upgrated Software(Job Shit No. 4194196509), Again same problem happens i was visited on 26 Aug 2015 to Samsung Care and ask them to solve my problem they have telled me that we will change your motherboard and after it they just upgrated Software only and delivered my phone on dated 5 september 2015 (Job shit no. 4200156923), after it problem persist i visted again on 12th Jan 2016, after Failing to solve the issue even after updating my software, they have replaced the motherboard of Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus (GT-I9060i) and delivered on 19th Jan 2016 (Job shit No. 4207762974) and even after changed the motherboard the same problem happens… so i visited again to service center on 25 Jan2016 and ask them to observe my phone properly and then they Created Job shit on time 17:04:37 and closed observation on time 17:07:00 , on same day (as conversation with samsung customer care excutive ) by samsung customer care (Tejas Mobile Care,Godhra) just closed my job shit in 2 minutes… Apart from that i also visited 3/4 times, they just upgraded without any Jobshit…. I also researched the internet and came to know that many of the users have the same problem! It’s definitely a handset fault. My charm of using such an high-end phone has been completely lost and left me shattered fearing any more loss after motherboard replacement! I feel cheated using a Toy of INR 11,600/-, when Samsung cannot even provide a stable BASIC necessity. ( At great loss here using this phone ,i Requesting to consumer care provide me with a solution, i Don’t want to use samsung Grand Neo plus 9060i Any More, i want Refund My Cash of Amount.
