I had already complained about the harassment of reliance digital tv. Although the earlier issue was resolved after multiple follow ups and agony, on 5th August I got a sms 248573741 informing about a service request and intimation about engineer visit. Surprisingly I had not filed any complaint hence thinking it is a error , I ignored the SMS. Surprisingly the engineer also visited , however since there was no complaint from my side, the engineer had to leave not even entering my house. Bigger surprise was the SMS received today about the charge of Rs. 175 towards the service request. When I called, the service executive and his supervisor ( Divya ) could not even confirm the source of the service request and was keen to direct me to the nodal officer’s email id. The Reliance digital site’s escalation has limited characters i.e. 50 chrs, for registering your complaint. Whosoever is addressing this complaint ,please note that the company is now resorting to such tactics to fleece money from the customer. Request proper investigation and resolution.
Charges being recovered for wrong service request recorded. Mental harassment, high blood pressure since getting through to the IVR facility is frustrating and dealing with the uncivilized , inefficient staff is frustrating.
Want the charges to be reversed Need written apology from Reliance Big TV on the reasons for troubling me and want to know how such instances will not be repeated again. No further harassment from the organisation Compensation for the mental harassment
