I have raised a complain with Kent 25 days back that the water purifier is faulty and it needs to be serviced. Earlier their engineer has come and made me buy an AMC for 6500/-, now when i call the CC, they ask us to contact the AMC dealer and they are not picking my call. Kent says as AMC is from Dealer, they have to service it. But the dealer is authorized by KENT and i have paid them. Now its more than 25 days and its not serviced, we are forced to drink bore well water and its impacting my child health. Please help us to have this issue fixed.
