ShopClues Reverse PickUp – Consumer Review

I placed an order (with ShopClues) on 27th Jun 2016 for Philips GC 1905 Steam / Dry Iron. I was sent an iron which was used and had scratches all over it. I complained and raised a return request on 6th July 2016 which was approved by the merchant. It has been more than a month since then and they have not picked up the product back or refunded my money. I called them many times and each time they reply that they will send someone to pick up the product but never do. They did not reply to my query last week and now I don’t think they will pick up the product back or refund my money. Please help!

They need to pick up the product back and refund me the full amount of Rs 1130. This is like a mental harassment for me as I have called them repeatedly and got no solution.

I want this product to be picked up as soon as possible and to get my complete money back as they promised at the time of approving my return request.
